| The report to the Seventeenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC) points out that rural problem has been the main problem, which needs to be solved urgently in China. While the top priority of solving all the rural problems, is the rural governance mode. Currently, the Chinese rural democracy construction is at the conversion period of the new and old models, the mode conversion process of which is from the old township government integration to the rural autonomy management. During the process, how to achieve the real democracy of the rural masses is not only the serious challenge to the village grass-roots democracy construction, but also crucial to the development of the new countryside construction, the quality of which will directly influence the pace of the Chinese Socialist construction.From the community research of the village grass-roots democracy construction under the background of Daan’s practice, this article has made the theoretical exposition and exploration of the content, mode and development process of village grass-roots democracy, further analyzed its essence, connotation, developing trends, predicament, existing problems and the reasons. From the aspects of constructing the democratic politics construction material platform, advancing the multicultural fusion, optimizing the moral environment of the rural society, promoting the legal construction, and strengthening the construction of the civil society, this article tries to propose the means of solving the practical problems. During the process of writing, combining with the existing practical problems of democracy construction in Daan, this article tries to ensure the theoreticality and reality by taking the large amount of firsthand information as evidence. In addition, this article hopes to provide the sample and mode for constructing the village grass-roots, and some of the new ideas and methods can provide more choices for the road of constructing the village grass-roots democracy. |
