Interaction Research Between Civil Society And Deliberative Democracy

With the speeding up of China’s political democratization, civil society and deliberativedemocracy to cause the attention of more and more scholars, investigations of the interactiverelationship between them are becoming a new direction of research scholars. In the modernpolitical theory, civil society is benign interactive agencies, state and society and deliberativedemocracy has served for the country and society benign interactive tools. Deliberativedemocracy as an important form of socialist democracy, in advancing plays an important role inthe construction of socialist democratic politics.In this paper, fully aware citizen deliberative democracy and social interaction activelypromoting roles in the development of democratic politics in China, and then begin to explorefor civil society and deliberative democracy. Link to the current situation of the developmentof Chinese democracy to system in this paper, the correlation between them, to promote theprocess of democratic development, the significance has carried on the profound analysis, andputs forward Suggestions to realize mutual development between them. Civil society anddeliberative democracy has certain correlation, the two promote each other, mutualpenetration, jointly promote the development of democratic politics. This article elaboratesthe four chapters: the first chapter, through to the related literature at home and abroad toconsult, sorting and analysis, the civil society and the concept and characteristics ofdeliberative democracy and the development present situation carries on the analysis andsum-up, form a relatively complete theoretical framework. The second chapter, the civilsociety and deliberative democracy in particular has carried on the system analysis, points outthat the civil society and deliberative democracy requires citizens orderly politicalparticipation, and civil society and the development of the deliberative democracy provides abroad citizens orderly political participation of the channel. Civil society and deliberativedemocracy requires that citizens have the social identity and negotiate cooperation spirit. Thethird chapter, parsing to foster civil society is the only way to push the deliberative democracy,pointed out that civil society is the social basis for the development of deliberative democracy,civil society to provide citizens equal political participation platforms and multiple channelsof interests expression, and from strengthen citizen consciousness education training has the autonomy of citizens, actively develop the folk organization expanding citizen interestexpression channel, etc., constructively puts forward the basic ideas of the development ofcivil society.
