Research On Regional Social Capital And The Development Of Social Organization

After the reform and opening up,China government have gradually put down the role of the “almighty government” and transfer a part of the government's functions to the market and society,the booming social organizations under the background have become a new force in the process of economic and social development,and play an important role in various fields,what's more,social capital which includes network,trust,and ethics of social capital has an important role to social organizations' development.Through statistics,social organizations in each region present unbalanced development situation,so the research of social capital in region level influence on the development of social organizations has very important practical significance.Based on social capital theory,structural hole theory and the "failure" theory as the instruction,this article focuses on social organizations of different provinces in China,analyses the impact of social capital on social organizations from the following three dimensions: structural social capital,cognitive social capital and political social capital,and draw the following conclusions:1.The correlation between regional structural social capital and social organization overall density,the density of social organizations,the density of people-run non-enterprise units,foundations density was significantly positive.2.The correlation between the regional cognitive social capital and social organization overall density,the density of social organizations,the density of people-run non-enterprise units,foundations density was significantly positive.3.The correlation between the regional politics-oriented social capital and social organization overall density,the density of social organizations,foundations density was significantly negatively,the relationship between the regional politics-oriented social capital and the people-run non-enterprise unit density was negative but non-significantly.4.The correlation between regional structural social capital and social organization overall staff accounted for the proportion of the population,a people-run non-enterprise unit staff accounted for the proportion of the population,foundation staff accounted for the proportion of the population was significantly positive,but influence on the number of full-time employees accounted for the proportion of the population and social groups is not obvious.5.The influence of regional cognitive social capital on a people-run non-enterprise unit full-time employees accounted for the proportion of the population and foundation full-time employees accounted for the proportion of the population is significantly positive,but the influence on the overall social organization and social groups employees accounted for the influence of the proportion of the population is not obvious.6.The correlation between regional politics-oriented social capital and the overall social organizations,social organizations and foundations of full-time employees accounted for the proportion of the population is significant negative,but the influence on people-run non-enterprise units of employees accounted for the proportion of the population is not obvious.The innovation of this article is embodied in the following aspects:1.Study the development of social organizations from the perspective of social capital in the social environment,broaden the perspective in the research of the development of the social organizations and enrich the social capital theory.2.Build the theory model of "regional social capital-social organization development " and make up for the analysis of influence factors of the existing social organizations' unbalanced development.3.On the basis of social capital in two dimensions in the existing area,increase the political dimension,analyze regional social capital from structural social capital,cognitive social capital,social capital politics-oriented three dimension,enrich the research of social capital theory,reveal the mechanism that social capital affects the development of social organizations,create conditions for further analyzing the problem of unbalanced development of social organizations.
