| Charity is an ancient and a new career in human society. Charity play a stable society,integrate social role in history. Charity is everyone can participate in behavior, no matter whattheir status is rural residents or the city residents, economic level is high or low, as long asthere is a love, everyone can to help others. This paper taking HeBei province as a case of arural areas, this paper for farmers in the charity in the empirical research, mainly through thedocument research, semi-structured interview access to relevant research material. Thisresearch mainly use qualitative research methods, this study analysis of farmers in the basicsituation of the charitable status. According to the survey data, this paper analyzes theinfluence factors of farmers in charity; And put forward the corresponding countermeasuresThis paper is divided into six parts:The first part, leads to problems, expounds the significance of research, the key conceptdefinition, reviewed the related research status, explain the choice of the site and researchmethods.The second part of this paper introduces the research areas of the material and thecommunity visited by the basic situation of the villagers.The third part detailed introduces the participate of charity in the study area: Villagers inthe village of charity assistance involves difficulties funded education, medical treatment, thechildless old, accidents, the villagers all aspects of life, the villagers participate in publicwelfare charity involves education facilities village of built, improve the village transportationsituations and villagers’ life events, the villagers participate in social charity activities. Thispart from three aspects to introduce the current situation in farmers’ participation of charity.The fourth part, analyzes the influential factors of farmers in farmers’ charity. Mainlyfrom the community emotions and face idea, charity cognitive, economic income,organization mobilization, charitable aid information acquisition of convenience andtimeliness several aspects of analysis.The fifth part put forward to promote charity involved in some measures of farmers.These measures include a foster community charity culture and build everyone involved atmosphere, establish diversified participation way, broaden the view of the charity resources,development and foster community charity organization, the reasonable evaluation of farmerscharity ability, establish promote farmers participate in charity incentive mechanism.The sixth part summarizes the study.
