Investigation On The Present Situation Of Rural Public Product Supply In Ningbo Satisfaction

As far as the current situation of social development in China, three agriculturalissues continues to face agricultural base is still weak, most need to be strengthened;rural development still lags behind, most in need of support farmers income remainsdifficult, most need to accelerate dilemma. Led by the Government of the improvementof the supply of rural public goods is considered as three agricultural issues one of thefundamental way out. Improving the supply system of rural public products, enhancingGovernment on the supply of public products in rural areas, is to narrow the gap,important means of balancing urban and rural development, is building a new Socialistcountryside and constructing the Socialist harmonious society of important initiatives,as well as important elements of public management of Government and public service.Study on problems of rural public product supply is of great relevance. Given this, thisresearch pursuant to new public management related theory, using empirical researchand theory analysis phase combination of method, to Ningbo rural public productssupply problem for research starting point, analysis its status, found exists of problemand problem produced of main causes, then in reference both at home and abroad otherarea advanced experience of based above, made improved Ningbo rural public productssupply of countermeasures recommendations, also for other similar administrativeregions of rural public products supply problem provides reference experience.Paper is divided into four parts, the first part is mainly described the background tothe study of rural public product supply issues, raised the academic and practicalsignificance of the study, the research status described in a simple and objectiveviewpoints the evaluation of the main concepts of public goods in rural areas andcustomer satisfaction defined to specify the content of the study, focusing on ideas andresearch methods. The second part of the Rural Public Goods Supply Situation ofNingbo satisfaction survey and design, including the basic status of the supply, theory,and the overall design of the Experience at home and abroad, and researchprograms.The third part is the basis of the second part of the overall research programdesigned to aggregate data, analysis and processing.
