The Party's Style Of Leadership Research Since The Reform And Opening Up

The Communist Party of China is the Chinese revolution and socialism with Chinesecharacteristics, the core of leadership for the cause. Since the reform and opening up,China’s international and domestic environment changed, strengthens and improves theparty’s leadership, is not only the realization of inner-party democracy needs, but also therealization of political civilization, the construction of modern national needs, or therealization of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation needs. In this paper the basicprinciples of Marx and the construction of the party ’s basic theory, from the history andreality, the angle of combining theory with practice, since reform and opening up of ChinaCommunist leadership to undertake a comprehensive study. This paper consists ofintroduction, text and conclusion of three parts. The text is divided into four chapters:The first chapter discusses the theoretical origin of the leadership on the ChineseCommunist Party, Mao Zedong Thought on Communist Party mainly introduced in thepaper" unified" leadership; the second chapter discusses the leadership of the CommunistParty of China since the reform and opening up the historical development, are discussedrespectively. Since the reform and opening up the second generation, the third generationand the new generation of collective leadership of the Party leadership way exploration,deepening and perfecting process; the third chapter discusses since reform and opening upthe party’s leadership way existence main question, focusing on analysis of the influencefactors of leadership of the Communist Party of China and the inadequacy of existence; thefourth chapter is to strengthen the leadership of the party and improving the Party sleadership thoughts on the ways of adhering to the leadership of the party, from six aspectsof strengthen and improve the party ’s leadership is proposed.
