Innovative Research Of The Scientific Concept Of Development

The bringing forward of the scientific concept of developmentprovides an important theoretical basis and guidance for speeding up thesocialist modernization and building a moderately prosperous society inthe new situation of our Party, especially in the Hu Jintao’s report to the18th Party Congress, itillustrates the meaning of the scientific concept ofdevelopment much more systematically and comprehensively. On thebasis of the background and theoretical system of the scientific concept ofdevelopment, this thesis inherits and innovates the theory from theperspective of Marxist Philosophy, Mao Zedong Thought, the TheoreticalSystem of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics, and researches thepractice and innovation of the scientific concept of development accordingto the Party history and current social practice.This research studies around the formation and development of thescientific concept of development mainly from the perspective of theproposed international and domestic background, development history and theoretical connotation of scientific concept of development. Then, thedevelopment of scientific concept of development in the new period aremainly studied from the four aspects of the connotation of scientificconcept of development: the new understanding of "development" theory,the new understanding of “people-oriented development”, the inheritanceand innovation of “comprehensive, balanced and sustainable" theory and“overall consideration” theory. Finally, scientific concept of developmentis used to guide practice by linking theory with practice, and the theoreticalsystem of scientific concept of development is understood deeply andgrasped on the basis of the practice.As the Party’s innovative theory, the scientific concept ofdevelopment has a complete system and strong innovation, so it will be amajor issue to establish and implement the scientific concept ofdevelopment in our country. We should be not only aggressive but alsopragmatic, and link the theory with practice, and the theoretical system ofscientific concept of development should be deeply understood andgrasped on the basis of the practice. Self thoughts and understanding should be closely aligned with the scientific concept of development, andthe scientific development concept should be consciously used for guidingthe work and practice.
