Research Based On The Scientific Concept Of Development Of Urban Business

City management of our country was put forward along with the consummating of market economy system and the development of urbanization, so it is necessary for city government to choose traditional model of city management which is characterized by fund. The traditional model can lessen the pressure of fund supply,for example,some cities have achieved a lot according to this train of thought ,but it can not avoid some "trap" because of ignoring the scientific development viewpoint. As a result, this kind of city management is about to impair the sustainable development and the capability of next generation to manage city. Therefore,for the sake of the cities and the people in cities ,mayors must manage cities under the instruction of the scientific development viewpoint.Firstly,combining the requirement of the scientific development viewpoint with the character of city management,my article create a theory frame of city management based on the scientific development viewpoint which puts emphasis on the concept of city management and the relationship between the scientific development viewpoint and city management. My article holds that city management should satisfy the requirement of people and realize the overall development of people.Secondly,in my article,I analyse the problems in traditional city management such as the over-exploitation of land resource, the neglect of social value and the loss of those junior people' s wealfare and reveal the true cause of those problems including the lag of theory study, the misunderstanding of government role and the old-fashioned view .Finally,in accordance with the scientific development viewpoint,my article advance correspondent ways to resolve those problems which mainly include the function change of government,people-oriented and sustainable development of city.
