China’s2012NPC CPPCC just finished before long. The press conferencefollowing after the meeting made a deep impression just as much as ever. Reform ofthe economic system and political system was talked about in this conference, whichcalls for our deep thought. The era of reform and opening-up is also the era of China’srapid development. It gives us a lesson: only with the reformation can we make wayout, only with the creation can we realize development. Both economic and politicalsystems need reformation, especially the political system. Because the achievementswe got from the economic endeavor will disappear without the political reformation.Nowadays, with an age of rapid world’s economic changes, only we realize thereformation of political system can make Chinese keep rapid growth. The main focusof the political reformation is resolving civil servants’ corrupt administration, which isone of the supervisory and inspective personnel’s responsibilities. So these persons’job satisfaction and work efficiency look extremely important. Just under such abackground, this thesis launches the elaboration.The relevant study about civil servants’ job satisfaction has been studied for afew years, however, the study of the supervisory and inspective personnel’s jobsatisfaction which is subdivided to research is very few. This thesis will make someexposition from the view of supervisory and inspective personnel’s psychologicalcontract. Firstly, I will introduce the background and significance of selecting thetopic, the research contents and methods, and the general situation of the researchdistrict. And then, I design the questionnaire on the basis of the one made by scientistsbefore.This thesis makes research of these persons’ psychological contract and jobsatisfaction from four aspects: salary calculation and payment, personnel relationship,daily job and personnel development, which contains40questions. Moreover, I willmake some data analysis with SPSS software. First, take an demographic research tothe one who were reached, it can help us know the framework of supervisory andinspective personnel of Shenyang and make our reach area more wider; Second, have a descriptive statistic to psychological contract list and job satisfaction list, we canfind out the situation of psychological contract and job satisfaction of supervisory andinspective personnel of Shenyang; Third, take a pertinency reach to psychologicalcontract list and job satisfaction list to know the relation of psychological contract andjob satisfaction; Forth, do an logistic regression with four factors of psychologicalcontract list and job satisfaction, from it, we can know the impact of factors; At last,focus on the study conclusion, I will give some suggestion from improvingadministrative supervisory and inspective system, amending communicationmanagement mechanism, strengthening career management and supplyingcomprehensive incitement and environmental supporting, hoping give some help forthe future research by scholars and relevant parties.Because of my limited study capacity and study resource, this thesis onlychooses the supervisory and inspective personnel as my study site. Therefore, theconclusion has the limited Scope of application.
