We could easily contact the contracts in our daily life. Because of the contracts we could live our life in the rule and think rationally. The contracts also can make our society to follow the excellent order to run. Especially in the enterprises the contracts have been seen as a kind of powerful weapon to ensure the employers' and employees' rights and interests. With the changing world the advanced management thoughts become more and more popular, and the idea of People First has been recognized in broad field. Managers have begun to care about the inner feelings of the clerks in order to improve the satisfaction of them. At the same time it can also decrease the labor turnover rate and create higher profits for realizing the result of the companies' development forever.Since the Psychological Contract being mentioned by organizational psychological specialist — Argyris in 1960s, related research has gone deep into a wider and more perfect field. Even so both theories and experiences of the Psychological Contract are just fresh things for Chinese people. And as the background of the Psychological Contract research is based on the western developed country, so we must develop our theories and means which is effective and suit for the culture and custom of China. This article is a research about the relationship between Psychological Contract and employees' satisfaction. I just aimed to grope for an answer of how to improve the satisfaction by using Psychological Contract method. Hope to carry my point to the condition of decreasing the clerks' instability in the companies. I found that the factors of the satisfaction of the employees could be analyzed by using Abraham Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs Theory. We should make a difference among different hierarchy's person because the target which employees in different station will purpose exist great otherness. It can lead us to make themost exactly estimate, build the most effective communication, and find out the primary matters brought on. Accordingly we can establish the seemly projects to solve the problems. I got a conclusion through analyzing and comparing that the degree of the employees' satisfaction can be measured by the next factors: relationship of colleagues, condition of welfare, status being respected and being treated fairly, feeling safety, the chance to express advice, reward, being recognized for performances done, space for promoting. The factors to effect the satisfaction mainly include: proper and full of challenge job, fairly reward, working in an opening environment being sustained, comfortable and harmonious atmosphere, personality and ability suit with the station, being equitable attitude for raising and developing, and the violation of Psychological Contract etc.In all of the factors mentioned before, Psychological Contract is the most important one. Psychological Contract goes with the employees since they come into the companies. And it also is not invariable, in another words, it will change when the time, the working environment, and the role they acted bring changes to them. Once one or above primary factors making up Psychological Contract are violation and breach, it will come into being very serious dissatisfied emotion. And if the managers could not balance this kind of emotion, the employees will form many worse behavior such as demission, depress the in-role performance (employees finish their formal responsibility), depress the extra-role performance (mainly is behaviors of organization citizens, such as turn their hand to more responsibilities, overtime, helping colleagues etc.), and antisocial behavior (including retaliation, breach, stolen, attack etc.). Correlative research indicates that violation of Psychological Contract will decrease the satisfaction and efficiency in a big deal. So enterprises should pay sufficient attention to the Psychological Contract, otherwise it maybe reach to an unable redemptive result.
