With the rapid development of city construction, urban housing demolition is unavoidable. But because the urban housing demolition involving complicated interests, resulting in that various conflicts of interest and social problems have become increasingly prominent during the demolition process. That reflects the behavior of the government is getting commercial and role of government is in disorder. If the issue can not be properly handled, that can seriously affect the construction of a harmonious society. This paper attempts to carry out more systematic analysis of the anomie of government administrative act in the urban housing demolition based on the relevant research, aims at revealing causes and manifestations of the anomie of the government administrative act, and proposes some solutions to this problem based on the theory and the actual situation of our country.This paper first clarifies the relevant concepts, analyses the necessity and urgency of the research on the anomie of government administrative act in the process of urban housing demolition of our country, and explores theoretical knowledge. Subsequently, it locates the role of government in the urban housing demolition and clears the government administrative acts that ought to be, as a basis for the performance of the anomie of government administrative act described later. Then through analyzing and summarizing the anomie of government administrative act by the introduction of two typical cases, it digs out the deep-seated reasons cause the anomie of government administrative act in the urban housing demolition. Finally, for these reasons it proposes appropriate countermeasures that can regulate government behaviors.
