In recent years, with the accelerated pace of urbanization in China, in order to promote the development of the city, to strengthen the city’s economic strength, housing demolition has become a need and one of the measures in major cities for government to effectively stimulate domestic demand, enhance the level of the local economy, improve the living conditions of urban residents. As the competent authorities of the Urban Housing Demolition, government, which gives proper guidance and effective management, plays a vital influence and role in the health of the urban housing demolition. What’s more, the local governments serve as a leading force in the urban demolition work, their behavior is directly related to the demolition and relocation interests, and to the demolition of the entire city and the community and the process of urbanization as a whole. However, the relevant departments of the government’s various misconducts, such as market regulation not in place, not only reduce the Government’s credibility and the credibility of policies and regulations, they also undermines the vital interests of the masses of the people.In light of the national publication of the implementation of state-owned land on the housing levy and Compensation Ordinance, and urban housing levy government administrative misconduct governance research, through the performance of two typical cases in Wuhan City government administrative behavior, the thesis conducts rational induction and analysis, and puts forward some feasible countermeasures for the government in the management of urban housing levy administrative act, to further improve the urban housing levy, measures are to be imposed to protect the legitimate rights and interests of the people.
