The Study Of Policy-oriented Agricultural Insurance Legal Issues

The practice shows that the policy and other legal regulations cannot adjust the agricultural insurance relationship effectively. That can not be established so easiely. The underdevelopment of legal system for agricultural insurance is restricting the course of development of China’s agricultural insurance, and is thus affecting the protection of the interests of agricultural producers, the development of agriculture and the rural social stability, the healthy and stable operation of the national economy and the building of a harmonious society. The development of China’s social and economic situation requires changing the underdevelopment of agricultural insurance legislation as soon as possible. System construction will undoubtedly call for deep theoretical resources as support. In a series of their important decisions and policy documents, the party and government attach great importance to policy-oriented agricultural insurance issues, has pointed out the need to explore and establish a policy-oriented agricultural insurance system that should be suited to the country situation. This gives the academia a clear direction for their study of policy-oriented agricultural insurance legal issues. Currently, there are more research results about policy-oriented agricultural insurance, but less about the legal issues of policy-oriented agricultural insurance legal. The theoretical study of China’s Economic Law has achieved fruitful results, the construction of that has made great progress,too. But at the same time, regarding theoretical research and institution building there are still many inadequacies. This thesis takes the policy-oriented agricultural insurance as subject, undertakes a study starting from the the economic law, in oder to fill the blank of academia, to broaden the field of study of the economic Law and to create a new research area of policy-oriented agricultural insurance. At the same time, it can promote in practice the understanding and use of the basic theory of policy-oriented agricultural insurance law, meet the requirement of agricultural insurance legal system construction to theoretical research resources, accelerate our agricultural insurance legislation pace, promote our economic and legal system construction and improving, boost the development our policy-oriented agricultural insurance undertakings, and thus make a thin contribution to the solution of the "three rural" issues.
