Research On The Issue Of Building Public Trust In Government During Crisis Management

Credibility is the influence and appeal of the government. It is the objective result of the administrative capacity, reflects the authority, democracy, service level and law level of the government. Meanwhile, it is the evaluation of government, reflects the satisfaction and trust on government among people.Public crisis has a great effect on the government, a little carelessness will cause great damage to the society and bring unexpected trouble to the government’s daily work. After the incident, without an effective remedy, it may take a long time to return to its original vitality. Therefore, for modern government, crisis management should be an important function of modern government. The goal of research on crisis management is to enhance the credibility of government. Government deal with public crisis timely and effectively by raising the ability of forecast and treatment of post-crisis capacity, it plays a great rule in guarantee of economic development and safeguarding social stability, and thus also helps to improve public trust in government. how to maintain a good image of the government, to enhance the credibility of the government in the crisis is the core of this research.In this paper, two content which are the definition between public crises and credibility and improving public trust have been referred. First of all, the basic concept of the credibility of the government made a fundamental definition on the research background. And then make compare and analysis the national and aboard research. From the situation of our country, the paper points out the status of the credibility problem and the cause of the problem is analyzed. Eventually, it finds a number of ways to enhance the credibility in the condition of the crisis.
