Therefore, the computer technology and network technology as the coreareas of information technology in prison is being widely used, modern informationtechnology will continue to put the prison various complicated management and modernhigh-tech close contact and cooperation, to promote the continuous development ofprison management is the inevitable result of history and social development.This paper is based on the prison information problems as the research content, andtakes Hangzhou eastern outskirts prison as an example, through field investigation,interview and the prison information detailed analyzed, summarized the problems of theprison information in the actual operation, and further put forward countermeasure andmeasure to strengthen information management of Hangzhou eastern outskirts prison.Firstly, present situation of Hangzhou eastern outskirts prison has been carried outthorough investigation and study, and different historical stage of Hangzhou easternoutskirts prison development is been studied, the information management characteristics of Hangzhou eastern outskirts prison and information management needsis analyzed, and many information management problems were found.
