Research On Offender Management Of A Prison In Guangdong Province

In recent years, with the improvement of the community’s attention to the prison,offender management has been attracting more and more people’s attention. Late in ourprison system, the research in this area has been the lack of in-depth research and systemtheory. Therefore, the reform of the offender management has never been stagnanted. It hasbeen in the exploration and practice. A prison in Guangdong province is a prison led by J city.A prison has accumulated some valuable theory and experience in offender managementwork, by experiencing a long-term planning and exploration. This paper starts research as Aprison offender management mode for example.It introducts A prison offender managementwork, founds the problems and short comings, and analyzes the cause of the problem.Comparing with the foreign prisons prisons, based on the fully draw on the practicalexperience, this paper gives suggestions to improve the offender management work for Aprison from three aspects：improving the system construction, strengthening the managementof offenders and improving the police force construction.
