Rural people’s court, in particular, plays an important role in maintaining stability of the society and property of the economy by dealing with civil disputes and serving directly the general public in rural areas.Through judicial practice analyzing on six People’s Court of China Court in DingCheng. we are aware of some problems on the function setting up, movement of personnel and judicial process, which reflect in complex procedures, severe flight of staff and some fictitious occupation. It is the feature in country society, modern judicature ideas difference, unreasonable functional orientation, defective legal system and poor salary that result in the above issues.
