The Government Management Research Based On Internet Political Ecology

Along with the advances in Internet technology, the popularity of the network, the network political is becoming a trend in a timely. Based network environment, people can easily use the Internet to get access to a lot of useful political information, allowing the government to receive tracking attention of the people on the network on the personal views and political vision, which in various ways participation in politics. Therefore, the current network becomes an important channel for the majority of people in politics, and gradually evolved into the Internet political ecology. Therefore, to explore the Internet, political ecology has major theoretical and practical significance.Based on the Internet political ecology perspective, the paper explores the change of the way of government. This paper is divided into a total of six parts. The first part introduces the research background and significance, reviews the domestic and foreign-related research, and thus oriented research related to revelation. The second part is an overview of part of the basic theory, the part mainly introduces the concept of political ecology, network political ecology, political management, and compares the differences between political ecology and the network of political ecology. New Public Management, Reinventing Government theory and participation theory-based research provides a theoretical support. The third part explores the relationship between the Internet Political Ecology and the government. The fourth part analyzes the problems of our government management:management of resources "islands" and "inadequacy" of the government, two-way communication "single loop" IT security "is more serious. The concept of government management, government networks, IT lag as well as the constraints of the government management system is an important reason for the above problems. The fifth section presents our government-managed Internet political ecology countermeasures. First of all, to promote the information society, expand citizens’ orderly political participation, its perfect from three aspects:First, establish a network awareness, nurturing the talents of network management; the elimination of political participation in the "digital divide"; improve the level of public political participation.
