The Inspection Branch Bureau Service Quality Evaluation Index System Construction And Application

With the development of the national economy, the requirements of the service quality are increasing, the quality of service evaluation research has become a hot topic over the world in recent years.As a branch of government to provide public service CIQ puts more efforts on the quality of service.While CIQ service quality evaluation in China is still in its infancy that we lack of effective service quality evaluation system and evaluation methods.At the basis of a full analysis of the status of CIQ, and related services in a large number of quality assessment literature book, the paper analyze the evaluation of the quality of service indicators for CIQ conducted in a deep degree.And then based on the three factors model made by Brandy and Cronin in2001, thinking of the classic SERVQUAL service quality evaluation methods, the paper construct a CIQ evaluation index system for the quality of service.Then we use the CIQ branch to be a sample study, in which AHP is used to screening and optimizing the indicator system.The way of evaluate the service quality is provided after finishing such jobs.The service quality evaluation theory makes the evaluation more scientific and more standard, and it is effective for the improvement of the quality service.
