Intangible cultural heritage is the successive generations of ancestors, oral teaching of "living state culture", was created by a nation in the historical process of huge cultural treasure, embodies a nation’s aesthetic emotion and life experience, way of thinking and creative ability. These heritage in the contemporary society, however, has faced threats, in order to effectively protect our precious intangible cultural heritage, our government timely put forward the "government-led, social participation, clarify responsibilities, form a resultant force" of protection principle, and in a short span of ten years has made great achievement, but also exposed some problems.
