Today, we can often hear the voice of the Chinese people and see the Chinesepeople on the world stage——because China’s comprehensive national strength hasincreased significantly. More and more people around the world eager to know moreabout China and have exchange with China. At this time, the native discourse of"Chinese road" should evolve to the international discourse of the "Chinese model". Aworld platform should be built to facilitate the dialogue and communication betweenChina and the world, so as to enhance China’s influence, and enhance China’s softpower. The paper’s main points and the approach to the study is that study the Chinesemodel with a broad historical perspective of China and the International ComparativePerspective. Under the guidance of methodology, I tried to explain Chinese model fromthree dimensions——from the perspective of scholars in the developed countries, scholars in developing countries and Chinese scholars (developed and developingcountries are defined as divided by the current used by the United Nations HumanDevelopment Index, HDI). In each dimension, there are four aspects: first, whether theChinese model exist; second, if there is a Chinese model, what are the features and thecharacteristics of it; third, what is the significance of the Chinese model, will it challenge the Western model, and pose a threat? The last but not least, what is the futuretrend of the Chinese model, and whether the Chinese model can be sustainable. On thebasis of the analysis, I analyze the three Dimensions of comprehensive comparisonbetween internal and external, draw the meaning of three-dimensional interpretation ofthe Chinese model: first, from the history of China perspective and internationalcomparative perspective, analyze the three Dimensions of comprehensive comparisonbetween internal and external, is a more complete analysis paradigm; second, diversityof the path of development, Chinese road——a new development road ofmodernization; third, to build the international discourse of the Chinese model——letthe world listen to our voice; the last but not least, prominent the Chinese model ofgrowth, openness and innovation, I believe that the Chinese model could eventuallygrow into the green, sustainable development model. It is impossible to have a thorough understanding of the Chinese model, if thestudy is made from the domestic perspective or from abroad. If only study the Chinesemodel in our country, there is a feeling of "do not know the truth". However, to studythe Chinese model only in foreign perspectives, there is not an "immersive" feeling. Therefore, while doing the Chinese model study we should both have a "world vision",and a "Chinese eyes".We should have historical perspective and a "world vision" when doing theresearch and study. The road of reform and opening up in China is a way of breaking away from poverty and marching towards the prosperity and development. Hundreds ofmillions of Chinese people are endeavoring to promote China towards a bright future.
