Labor relations tripartite consultation mechanism is under the condition of themarket economy development degree is higher, labor and the management of thegovernment benefit regulating mechanism, makes the three implementation has thesame interests, ensure that market economy can run smoothly and orderly. Laborrelations tripartite consultation mechanism through the government, the employers’organizations and trade unions of three representative three institutions, is laborinvolved in the training, safety, security, payment and other issues for collectivebargaining, by signing the way of effective regulation of labor relations, theestablishment of a social partnership.
