Labor dispatching as labor employment and use a separate employing way, because of its flexibility itself has the characteristics of high and low cost and can satisfy the interest demand and three boom. Our labor dispatching after nearly 20 years of development, gradually, but due to the standardization towards some of the legal system itself, there are defects in the absence of regulation and the follow-up, leaving labor dispatching in actual operation of its shape the deformation of the rights and interests of labourers were dispatched to cause great harm, but also to labor dispatching of development have a tremendous negative impact. This paper based on humanity spirit, from protecting laborers' rights and interests and improve labor dispatching management system, using the perspective theory and case analysis the method of combining the labor relationship problems in dispatching and caused by the employer responsibility and laborer rights protection problems on key research, and in improving the state laws and regulations, strengthen enterprise duty, establish labor supervision mechanism, deepening enterprise personnel system reform, to propose relevant policy Suggestions for Chinese labor dispatching and the improvement and development to provide the reference.
