Since the collapse of the Soviet Union, Russia has been struggling to find its wayout through exploration. In the1990s during Yeltsin’s regime, Russia had undergone ahard time, with its international standing falling down, domestic economy decliningand an increasingly severe inflation. Its development had been stuck by conflictsamong political parties, rapidly switched government and a deepening nationalcontradiction. In March,2000, Vladimir Putin was elected as the president of Russia,opening a new chapter for Russia’s development, with this country shrugging offrecession during eight years in his regime. Putin, the second president of Russia andwith an insightful view, develops a unique political system dealing with both internaland external affairs. After the2012presidential election, Putin returned to stand for athird term with64%of the vote, implying that Putin’s system will continue to castprofound influence on Russia’s politics as well as its future development.Practice shows that Putin’s politics largely affect Russia from decline to revival ofthis historic process. Putin as the new Russia’s second president, with hisextraordinary courage and ability to govern, the Russian predicament freed. After12years of development, today’s Russia has been quite different from the Yeltsin time,the fact that Russia’s revival is inextricably linked with Putin’s unique concept ofgovernance. And, in2012, Putin once again re-board the presidency, the road torecovery can be said that Russia will go farther and farther. In view of the continuousimprovement of Russia’s overall national strength, the Putin political and Russia todevelop relations system, and will help to analyze and explore the root causes ofRussia’s revival, the era of globalization of national development special path.
