The Study On Legal Supervision Of The Charitable Foundation In Our Country

As an important part of China’s social security system,charity plays an increasinglyimportant role in the mobilization of social resources and the provision of materialassistance. In recent years,as a new force in charitable organizations,charitable foundationsexpand their scale a lot and their status is gradually enhanced in the charitable cause.First of all,this paper will start with the definition of charitable foundations and leaglsupervision of charitable foundations;The second,we will make a brief introduction of thedevelopment of China’s charitable foundations and legislation of supervision of charitablefoundations;The third, some defects in the legislation of supervision of China’s charitablefoundations will be discussed; Finally,after the study of the advanced legal concepts andpractical in other countries and regions, we will try to offer some suggestions to solve theproblems and to improve the legislation of supervision of China’s charitable foundations,so as to maintain the legitimate rights and interests of China’s charitable foundations, toprotect the healthy and sustainable development of the charity foundations and to maintainsocial stability.
