The Discussion Of Improvement On Legal Supervision Of The Charity Organization In Our Country

The development of China's philanthropy are facing many challenges,there have been many charitable scandals that challenged the public trust for charitable organizations.So it is very urgent for our country that we need the legal supervision of the charity organization.As early as ten years ago,there were some law scholars requested the development of the “charity law”.But until last October,"the Charities Act(Draft)" that has attracted everyone's attention appeared.In March this year,the“charity law” was voted and would has the significance of milestone in the history of charitable career development in China.Because in such a period of transition from the old,it is necessary for this article to consider the current situation of the existing legal supervision of charity organizations in our country and analysis the provisions for the new law,which would be helpful for us to make a more comprehensive understanding of the legal supervision of charities and would have good influence for our development of philanthropy.This paper is divided into five parts: The first chapter,is to discuss the concept of legal supervision of charities,and lay the foundation for the article.If you want to improve it,you must understand what it is.There are two parts in this chapter,the concepts of “charity organization” and “the legal supervision of charities”;The second chapter introduce and analysis the current situation.There are two part in this chapter too.On the one hand,sort out the existing laws and regulations.On the other hand,introduce the history of our charity organizations' development;The third chapter analysis the deficiencies of our charity organizations;The fourth chapter introduce the the charity rules of the British and American.Their philanthropy is developed,we can learn from their excellent experience;The fifth chapter discussed some improved measures for legal supervision of the charity organization in our country.The new "charity law" that was voted made a great improvement for the shortage of legal supervision of charities in the past,but there still is someplace could be perfected.
