The Study Of The New Countryside Political Culture

The political culture has a profound influence on political life. After American political scientist Almond put forward the concept of political culture, political culture studying has become an important research tool of political science scholars. The Fifth Plenary Session of the Sixteenth CPC Central Committee take the construction of new socialist rural areas as a major task of our country’s modernization, and the new rural construction is a system engineering, including many aspects, such as economy, system and culture. The new rural construction is both opportunities and challenges in the development of rural political culture. Achieving the transformation from traditional villagers political culture to new residents political culture and set up an new type socialist countryside political culture provides a strong intrinsic motivation to new rural construction.This paper start from the basic theories such as political culture, traditional political culture, new rural citizens’political culture, strict accordance to the raised problems, analyze problems and solve the problem writing ideas. The part of the raised problem is mainly introduction several issues of the new political culture in rural areas,such as the disorderly political participation, crisis of confidence in the Government and the crisis of faith of residents.Analysis of the problem is mainly for historical reasons and practical reasons two aspects, history was mainly due to the impact of the traditional political culture, practical reasons including imperfect market economy system is not perfect, the behind quality of the peasants and several other aspects.Part of the solution to the problem mainly put forward some countermeasures to resolve the political and cultural issues of the new countryside, such as broaden the channels of political participation, improve the quality of training of farmers, improve the building of grass-roots party organizations and so on.
