Prison System Reform Of The Prison Enterprise Financial Management System Construction

Financial management in prison enterprise relates not only to the educationof prisons，but also to the prison enterprise’ economy. It plays an important rolein the society’s stability. As an element job in prison management, the key taskof financial management is to ensure the assets’ value maintenance and added,improve the level of management, promote the better development of prisonenterprise. In the new situation of the national reform in the system of prisonenterprise, the present financial management system is no longer suitable. Newidea and system of financial management should be constructed to promote thebetter development of prison enterprise, which is both good for society andeconomy. Based on the theory of financial management,the essay analyses theexisting situation and problems of financial management in traditional prisonenterprise, explores the financial management system in the reformsituation,attempts to inquire the specific means of new financial managementsystem，and puts forward some suggestions on the construction of the newfinancial management system.
