Research On The Democracy Building Of CPC In Cyber Democracy

As the ruling party, CPC is the mainstay of democray building of our country. How to promote the democray is a basic ability, which will directly affect the whole democracy building process of our country. Cyber democracy is a new form of democracy brought about by the cyber technology, which is still can not be regarded as a real form of democracy, but a means through which democray is practiced.Cyber democracy challenges as well as promote the democracy building of CPC. Therefore, enhancing the research on the democratic building in cyber democracay condition is not only the require of the development of democracy building but also a new urgent topic should be touched upon in the process of democracy building.This thesis was based on the Marx materialism. Through a comparative study of the development of cyber democracy at home and abroad, the thesis digs into the positive effects and great chanllenges of cyber democracy to the democray builidng of our country, and also the interaction of the two.The thesis is devided in to four parts. The line goes like this:based on the basic theories of cyber democracy, democracy of CPC and democracy builidng abilities of CPC, the current situation and problems and also their solutions of democracy building abilities of CPC are analised.The first part is introduction. This part first surveys the current situation of study on cyber democray and party’s democracy building ability and also the theoretical and practical significance of these studies. The layout and approaches of study is also stated. The second part cites related theorie, including the defination of cyber democracy, also made the analyses of its characteristics and at the same time research into its value from the view of Chinese democracy. Finally this part sheds light on the interation between the cyber democray and democracy building ability of CPC. The third part looks into the current practice of cyber democracy in our country’s democracy building and also the difficulties, problems and also their causes. Difference in access to political information, Obstacles in cyber democracy building and unrational features in cyber democracy building are emphasized. The fourth part talks about how to promote democray in the age of cyber democracy. It foucus on the four stages of democracy (vote, decision-making, managementm and supervision)in the cyber environment. This part also probes into how to promote the democray according to law and how to improve the ability of democray building of CPC.The original creation of the thesis is as follows:First, the defination, value and characteristics of cyber democracy is analysed in theprocess of Chiese democracy building, and the reaction of cyber democracy and the ability of CPC as well. Second, how cyber democracy is applied in democracy building of our country, the problems it faces and their causes are also analysed. Third, the four stages of democracy and their functions and forms in cyber space are also discussed in order to find the most effective practice of them all.Cyber democray, as a new form of democracy based on new thechnology, though originated in western countries, it will grow in our country. However, the most important thing is how to cultivate it. What we should do next is continuiously pushing the reform of our political system, improve the democray building ability of CPC, contain the cyber democray and make the best use of it and accelerate the democracy building.
