Property Law of the People’s Republic of China have passed by the fifth session of the Tenth National People’s Congress in2007. Property Law is bound to have a profound impact on the development of China’s market economy, the rule of law and building the promulgation and implementation of."Property Law" approved and consolidation of property rights registration system, established the principle of publicity of the real property registration in effect, established the basic system of unified registration authority."Property Law" provisions of the real estate registration system is only set up a general framework, some specific operating standards still need to further improve the relevant laws.On the basis of a more comprehensive analysis of the real estate registration system, registration authority, the choice of real estate registration authority, the positioning of China’s real estate registration mode, the improvement of real estate registration system. Specifically, the paper is divided into the following sections:Introduction section introduces the research background and current status, analysis of the significance of real estate registration authority accurate qualitative and set of part of the research of Chinese scholars on this issue, and the account of the main research method.The first part described the basic concept of the real estate registration system, analysis of the historical evolution of the real estate registration system, describes the main categories of real estate registration, last carried out a detailed analysis on foreign real estate registration mode based on the proposed establishment in line with China’s national conditions a few points on the real estate registration mode.The second part describes the typical set of real estate registration agency with the legislation, the status quo of China’s real estate registration agency and its historical causes, based on analysis of the drawbacks of our decentralized registration authority. Finally, on the set of the immovable property registration authority to put forward their own ideas.
