China's Rural Real Estate Registration System Research

the new situation of social development, rural housing and the value of thehomestead increases are becoming increasingly.that resulting many problems.The registration of rural housing and homestead is increasingly importantbecause this not only affect security of transactions, but also affect thedevelopment and stability of society as a whole.Registration of real estate is an ancient system, different countries have differentcharacteristics. My paper is on the basis of the historical origins and use thecomprehensive analysis of this system, combined with China’s history and reality,the use of comparative research methods, historical research methods,cost-benefit analysis, and integrate theory with practice to discuss China’s ruralreal estate registrationproblems, corresponding to explore the deepcontradictions of rural real estate registration system management mode. I willbe from the angle of legislative, judicial, law enforcement, law-abiding and thewhole social system in order to solve the problem in practice.In short, this article is on the basis of theoretical studies, combined with thereality of rural real estate registration,anfd use a variety of methods to solvethe problem in practice.
