After “9.11”incident in2001,the U.S-Pakistan relationship out of the nearly10yearsof estrangement period since1990s,and intered a new stage.U.S win over Pakistan asa key ally in the anti-terrorism efforts led by the United States,believe that Pakistan isa country vital to U.S national security,and regard Pakistan as an important partner topromote stability in Afghanistan and South Asia.After the Obama adminstration,in thedomestic and international environment changes under the big background,changedthe former “unilateralism” patterns of behavior,and put forward the U.S new strategyin Afghanistan and Pakistan,stressed that Pakistan is an important ally of the U.S,theU.S and Pakistan need to strengthen cooperation and trust to deal with commonproblems and challenges faced by the two countries.However,during the reign of theObama administration,the U.S and Pakistan in the cooperation and development alsopresents many problems and challenges at the same time,a series of crisis makes thevolatile bilateral relations,is fundamentally due to the lack of the basic strategicmutual trust.The Obama administration’s policy not only to Pakistan,and theimportant influence in South Asia and surrounding countries.Therefore,this articlewill research and analysis the contents、 features、 impact of the Obamaadministration’s policy toward Pakistan.
