In recent years, with a substantial increase of the national rural investment, rural grassroots organizations duty crime was increased trend affecting the smooth progress of the implementation of the central policy deployment and new rural construction, serious damage to the interests of farmers, affecting rural social harmony and stability. Currently, due to the legal provisions of certain problems of the rural grass-roots organizations of job-related crimes ambiguity led to the theory and judicial sectors of existing laws, legislative interpretation and understanding of judicial interpretation inconsistent triggered a rural grass-roots organizations crimes committed decision controversy, the People’s Court in the trial practice often different penalty or the same penalty of sin phenomenon of the same crime. Therefore, for the conviction and sentencing of the rural grass-roots organizations in how job-related crimes, and how to prevent and punish a major issue currently facing society, it is worth further exploration and learning.The first part.mainly introduces the case of corrupting grain for green grants and its outcome of trial.and points out the focus of controversy during the trial.The third part.Combing through the above analysis, leads to a number of problems that exist in the rural grass-roots organizations of job-related crimes law applies, and the combination of its own analysis and understanding of some of their suggestions and ideas.The concluding part sums up the present situation of post crimes by the rural grass-roots organization in China. In order to better prevent and punish the issue of rural grassroots corruption, the first measure is to modernize the actual situation in rural areas, institutionally constructed to prevent the occurrence of the rural grass-roots organizations of job-related crimes.
