The Analysis Of The Causes And Countermeasures Of The Countryside Juvenile Crime

Now the number of countryside under-age children has up to58million. Whether the growth of under-age children is healthy determines his own and national development and future; however, in the current problems of social crime, juvenile crime has become increasingly prominent issue and the third pubic hazard after drug abuse and environmental pollution. According to the data of investigation, the majority of juvenile crime are countryside under-age children, which has threatened social stability and good order and seriously affected the realization of juvenile education’s value, function and aim, which makes people anxious. Therefore, it is of great urgency to alleviating or resolving the problems of countryside juvenile crime.The mine line of this paper is summarized as follows:first of all, through visiting parts of public security organizations the author gets a general idea of the rural left-behind minor crime, including crime motive and family environment of minor criminal and; Secondly, by the three years’experience of participating in training rural left-behind children, and working on research of study, psychology, family, behavior and other related aspects of the rural left-behind children, the author provides a reality basis for this paper; Finally, by analyzing the above data and cases, the author concludes the current situation of the rural left-behind minor crime:1. the increase of crime,2. lowering trend of criminal age,3. the rising crime of organized crime and women crime,4. violence and felony of crime. By taking and the label according to social learning theory and Labeling Theory as a guide and combining with a large number of data and cases, this paper makes a thorough research to investigate the reason for crime, mainly including three aspects-family, school and society, detailed as:the lack of family education and control of family and school, hidden danger existing in the social living environment, etc.; in order to reduce the current rural left-behind minor crime, this paper also puts forward prevention countermeasures from three aspects at last:1. Strengthening the family education,2. carrying out the regulation of the family and school,3. improving the quality of teachers,4. Standard affecting the market and optimizing the environment of network, 5. Purifying social evils, etc.Rural left-behind minor crime, one of the current important problems, cannot be neglected, is, and needs to be solved; Taking the prevention of rural minor crime as a starting point, combining with a large number of cases to analysis, this paper tries to raise effective suggestions to reduce rural left-behind minor crime, and make a contribute for the healthy growth of minors and creating a healthy living space for them.
