Research On Juvenile Crime Prevention In Zhangjiajie

Juvenile delinquency is a global problem,and all countries in the world attach great importance on its prevention and governance.Juvenile delinquency,especially its tendency of more violence and younger age,has been triggered widespread concern in the community in recent years.This paper selected the crime of juveniles from 2014 to 2018 in Zhangjiajie city,Hunan Province as the research sample.And the study showed some characteristics of the minor crime,including the slowly rising levels of overall crime rate,unobvious trend of younger age,the traditional criminal means,the majority of impulse crimes and property crimes and so on.The survey found that the prevention of juvenile crime is still not perfect in our country.Because there is no such a special law on prevention and treatment of juvenile crimes,and we lacked the prevention in advance for relative measures on the precaution of juvenile delinquency.What's more,the preventive measures of concurrent and feedback on it are not perfect.the jobholders are short of professional knowledge on sociology and psychology,and they neglect the protection to victims in judicial principles.Thus,the law system should be improved so that we can prevent juvenile delinquency better.For example,the judicial law of minors which contains the organization law,substantive law,procedural law and welfare law,should be legislated.And the work-study correctional school which should improve its correctional education by legislation,will give full play to the role of preventing crime.However,when we deal with the case on juvenile delinquency,we also need to complete the judicial organ of minors and enrich the power of special department of public security organs,procuratorial organs and people's courts as well as implement the mechanism of special commission.Beyond that,We will explore and establish a responsibility mechanism for preventing of juvenile delinquency.Meanwhile,in order to set up the net of all-round protection and prevention,we would synthesize the power of family,school,community and judicature.All we can do is to correct the judicial concept and pay attention to protect minor criminal victim.In the minors' growth process,we are not only enhance to their life education,but also launch a rich and colorful community cultural activity for enriching their amateur life.Furthermore,the education function of family should be fully brought to play,and the government should lead the reinforce of supervision an punishment on guardians' performance ofduties.So here we can do the following points from society level.First,guide us to establish a new system for dealing with minors' network video in grading.Second,strengthen our supervision and control efforts to movie,games,animation,internet,live platform and we media.Third,introduced emergency management system of preventing school violence.The last,enhance education and supervision to guarantee campus peace.
