Rural rear children are staying in China's modernization process, because of the population migration and its implications for the large number of household registration of transfer of population by strictly limit the formation of the phenomenon. China's rural areas concentrate on the more than 80 percent of the rear children. Many of the journalists investigated and experts to study indicated that rural children staying with the "non-rear children" in psychology, behavior, learning and there exist significant differences, they are often the target of criminal attacks, some rural areas, the drop-out rate of children staying high over.At present, rear children has attracted widespread attention in the community, but for children staying in-depth study also very limited. By staying survey of rural children's learning, psychological and behavior, security and other aspects of the situation. Analysis of the reason of the children for staying, to solve the problem of countermeasures and suggestions. According to the survey, summarized existing research results. The author believes that the household registration system, uneven distribution of education resources, and many other factors impact on rural children stay healthy growth.How to establish a set of rear children's education management system so that more people more effectively concerned about their learning and life, has become an urgent need to solve the problem. Writing theses to take the field investigation and study the way, comprehensive study of rural children staying status quo. From the community, schools, families and rear their own children, staying in four aspects of children of the education factors affecting the preliminary study and analysis, and on this basis come to the conclusion: Children are staying in rural areas is the special performance of China's rural problems in the process of social transformation. The direct cause of producing this issue is the rural labor force to work out leading to the loss of family education, it is the root cause of China's long-standing practice of urban and rural areas "dual" economy and the policies and regulations lag, in the investigation on the basis of analysis, the authors propose a solution of children staying in rural areas and the countermeasures of some issues, including resolving the household registration system, the fairness issue is very important.
