During this procedure, some new values which are in line with the market economy of China have been formed gradually. It requires the society to respect private interest, demand and value; the whole public opinion supports the new demand. However, under the impact of market economy which aimed at pursuing interest, some phenomena such as weak service awareness, love of pleasure, court fame and fortune. Some financial employed persons has a daily increased hedonism thought and lost of moral ideal, even have actions which violate the law and discipline. In recent years, there are several senior managers and elites in financial field have come a cropper successively and all of them are thrown into jail and regret deeply.The most important in21st century is talent. As a modern service industry, financial industry requires a large number of high-quality financial employed persons. The operation and development of financial enterprise is closely related to the reputation and image of the financial enterprise; while, the professional ethics level of financial employed persons has reflected the overall quality and image of the enterprise. The construction of professional ethics of financial employed persons is an important part of enterprise cultural construction of financial institution and also has a great significance to financial institution.The paper conducts a description of conceptions such as financial industry, professional ethics, and financial professional ethics according to related theories.
