Study On The Impacts Of Beijing Paralympic Games On The Enterprise Of Disabled People

On September 6,2008,the 13th Paralympic Games begins in Beijing.It has the very profound significance to held Paralympic Games in China which has 82,960,000 disabled persons.We attempts to answer the above questions with the expert interview law,the literature material law and the logical analytic method,and to promote disabled persons’ enterprise and the harmonious society’s development.According the research,we find that:1、In China the enterprise of disabled people includes:social concept,government function and social service.2、Since the Reform and Opening-up,the disab]eda people’ enterprise developed a lot under the whole society’s efforts.However,the foundation of the enterprise in China is very weak and the social concept,the government fuction and the social service still need to be improved.3、Through the preparation and organization of the Beijing Paralympics, the external environment that the disabled people live in has greatly improved and the social concept does also.Able-bodied people hold on a more understanding,tolerant attitude to disabled people,at the same time,the disabled people with more self-confidence,self-improvement.4、Through a series of policy,all levels of the government have further consummated the disabled person policies and regulations system, enhanced the disabled person’ ability of lawrescuewithpower service, further promoted society’s harmony and stability.5、During the Beijing Paralympic Games,under the leadership of the government and the active support of all sectors of society,social services for persons with disabilities are gradually improved.The cultural and sports undertakings,rehabilitation and health systems, education,vocational training and employment,social security organizations of persons with disabilities,barrier-free facilities and so on have made outstanding achievements.At the same time,we suggest that:1、The influence that Beijing Paralympic Game bring to society mainly limit in Beijing peripheral locality.The affects is not widespread and the disabled people which profits also needs to further expand.The development of disabled people business is not the temporary merit,but must sustain to develop it.2、Continue to build a government-led,full social participation employment system,in order to encourage people with their own businesses, entrepreneurship for people with disabilities to give policy support and technical guidance.Establishing and improving employment services of persons with disabilities and accelerating the training of employment services.3、Improving our country’s social security system.At the same time,the society should be active to undertake the collaboration of the departments concerned to study and formulate specific social security policies to protect the city as well as the group of persons with disabilities in rural areas,in order to maintain social fairness and justice.4、People should be cultivatedto serve the disab]ed people as volunteers. And the volunteer team which serve the disabled people should be continued constructed.5、Continuing to support and encourage the disabled to engage in sports, and actively organize people with all kinds of large-scale sporting events.6、Encourage the community to carry out in depth the theoretical study and practical application related to the business of the disabled people.
