Inquiry teaching is that students under the guidance of teachers, in a similar way to acquire knowledge of scientific research as a form of teaching. In high school biology teaching, guiding students to conduct scientific inquiry is to enable students to conduct scientific research as a scientist, through independent inquiry activities, learning biology knowledge, access to knowledge at the same time to explore and experience the time of scientists about science process, to develop students’ scientific inquiry skills.In this thesis, observations, experiments, surveys and other methods of inquiry teaching in high school, teaching students how to explore the ability of cultured were exploring experimental teaching model and the practice of teaching.Teaching practice shown that:biological inquiry teaching to give full play to the teaching of biological functions, ability to effectively develop students to explore ideas and good quality and scientific approach will help to stimulate and enhance interest in learning biology students to improve student learning motivation and desire for knowledge.Inspire students to divergent innovative, bold challenge, to develop students capacity for cooperation and collective consciousness, while exploring experimental teaching but also helps to promote the improvement of the quality of the teachers themselves, Also reflect teachers’ innovative capability.
