With the acceleration of the process of an aging society, young people’s healthmore and more concerned about young people are the future and hope of the peoplesand nations.Today, youth obesity has become a global public health problem, itsincidence is escalating worldwide, making the chronic diseases of adulthood andcardiovascular disease getting younger and younger trend. Numerous studies havedemonstrated that the overweight/obesity-induced cardiovascular disease, hypertension, coronary heart disease, hyperlipidemia, a major risk factor for chronic diseases[1-3].Therefore, they have been proposed to enhance the broad masses of awareness ofphysical fitness and health level, the proposed "one hour of exercise a day" sloganby<National Fitness Program>in1995and<People’s Republic of China nationaleconomic and social development in the12th Five-Year Plan>in2011.The article provides an analysis of adolescent physical health status research, toexplore the general rules of simple obesity of young people phonocardiogram, toprovide an objective basis for the prevention and control of simple obesity. Select46adolescents in Chongqing City, about12to17-year-old overweight and obesity,(boys25, girls21), by questionnaire and physical measurements conducting body compositionanalysis, Using ECCM carried PCGET (Chongqing Bo fine Medical InformaticsInstitute) for the simultaneous acquisition of the effort and heart rate signals obtained D/S ratio and heart rate in obese adolescents, a close relationship between effort. Theresults of simple obese adolescents BMI high cardiac reserve level is not high, the D/Sratio was significantly lower than normal student, suggesting that the heart of simpleobese adolescents shorten diastolic blood supply is not sufficient time, not in thecontraction of the heart on the work of more reserves of nutrients and oxygen, diminished myocardial contractility. And heart rate of the simple obese adolescents wassignificantly higher than the normal students, that the heart is not in a good energysaving state, there is no good cardiac reserve that is not conducive to replenish the stateof motion[4]. The research found that[5], resting heart rate (HRR) is faster than75beats/min less than60times/min,3.5times higher risk of sudden death. Conclusion: The phonocardiogram exercise test evaluation method of non-invasive,simple and convenient, more objective detection of the index of the obese cardiacfunctional reserve, and to reveal the relationship between physical characteristics and complications associated with obesity, the findings indicate that the BIM≧25.increasethe detection rate of obese children, high blood pressure and cardiac functional reserve.D/S ratio is a very important indicator of cardiac reserve status for adolescent physicalassessment and cardiac reserve assessment to provide objective and quantitativereference indicators; S1/S2ratio objective basis for the detection of cardiac functionalreserve. Simple obesity on teenagers cardiac reserve function to a certain extent, controlof obesity in adolescents is an important measure to prevent cardiovascular disease.
