With the development of economy,the change of society and the change of diet structure in China,the number of obese people in China is increasing rapidly at a worrisome rate.China is about to face a serious problem of simple obesity.In real life,it is not difficult to find a series of diseases such as coronary heart disease,hyperlipidemia,hypertension and metabolic abnormalities caused by obesity,especially in young obese people.Every year,the country needs to invest a lot of human,financial and material resources in physical health.There are many popular ways to lose weight,and exercise weight loss is widely recognized because it not only plays a role in reducing fat.In 2005,it can also strengthen the physique.Underwater aerobics is a new fitness sport,which has unique entertainment,fitness and safety,and has a high promotion value,but it has not been widely used in the fitness club industry in our country at present.In this paper,30 obese young people were selected as subjects by questionnaire,literature,mathematical statistics and other research methods,the average age of the subjects was 35 years old.Through the experimental design and control,the subjects were tested,the data were recorded and the mathematical statistical analysis was carried out,in order to explore the effect of aerobics in water on fat reduction in young people with simple obesity.Combined with the experimental data,it provides objective,accurate and valuable reference for promoting the extensive development and promotion of aerobics in water.In this paper,the sample was recruited by Prada Fitness Swimming Pool in Longhua District of Shenzhen City,and the experiment was conducted on a voluntary and self-regulatory basis for a period of three months,five times a week.The total exercise time was 60 minutes per exercise(according to the subjects' situation,the interval and the intensity of exercise were adjusted).The indexes of fat loss and weight loss were studied around the effects of underwater aerobics and land aerobics on fat loss.The results of the three aspects of physical fitness index and physical function index are compared,and the following conclusions are drawn:1.Underwater calisthenics fat-reducing training can effectively reduce weight,make the body consume a lot of calories and fat,in order to achieve the effect of weight and fat reduction.2.Compared with the control group,the average visceral fat area of the experimental group was 6.0 cm lower than that of the control group(p < 0.05),and the waist hip ratio of the experimental group was 0.02 higher than that of the control group(p < 0.05).The changes of BMI data in the experimental group were 2.2% lower than those in the control group,and the changes of body fat rate in the experimental group were 1.7% lower than those in the control group.Under the same condition,through the routine training of combining diet and exercise for three months,the body fat,waist hip ratio and waist hip ratio of young people with simple obesity were reduced by calisthenics in water.The effect of BMI and visceral fat area was significantly higher than that of terrestrial aerobic exercise.3.In terms of vital capacity,the average number of vital capacity in the experimental group was 94 ml higher than that in the control group,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05).The changes of blood pressure in the two groups were decreased,but there was no significant difference between the control group and the experimental group after the experiment,and there was no significant difference between the control group and the experimental group(P > 0.05).There was no significant difference in heart rate between the two groups(P > 0.05).Aerobics and terrestrial aerobics can effectively reduce the heart rate,blood pressure and effect of the subjects,but there is no significant difference in the effect,but in increasing the vital capacity of young people with simple obesity,The effect of underwater aerobics is more obvious than that of land aerobics.4.After three months of routine training,compared with the two groups,the average maximum arm strength of the experimental group increased by 2.9 kg,which was significantly different from that of the control group.The change of 50 m running speed in the experimental group was 0.33 seconds less than that in the control group,and there was significant difference(P < 0.05).Compared with the control group,the endurance of the experimental group was 5 seconds longer than that of the control group,and there was nosignificant difference(P > 0.05).The results showed that there was no significant difference between water aerobics fat reduction training and land aerobic exercise in improving the endurance of young obese people.Underwater aerobics and terrestrial aerobics can effectively improve the physical fitness of young people with simple obesity in terms of speed,strength,endurance and so on.There are underwater aerobics exercise fat reduction exercise in improving the strength of trainers,speed improvement effect is more significant.5.Compared with land aerobics,underwater aerobics has obvious fat-reducing effect and slightly superior in regulating body function and physical quality.Compared with land aerobics,underwater aerobics has the following advantages:The main results are as follows:(1)the traditional land aerobics can be closely combined with the effect of water on people,and the sports effect can be magnified with the help of the advantages of water.(2)minimize the harm caused by exercise to the body and reduce the risk coefficient of exercise.(3)the effect of fat loss and weight loss is obvious,which is more beneficial to enhance the self-confidence of fat-reducing students.6.the following problems were found in the fat reduction training of aerobics in water:The main results are as follows:(1)the professional level of calisthenics coaches in water is not high,both the teaching ability and the arrangement ability of aerobics are obviously insufficient,which affects the learning enthusiasm and self-confidence of fat-reducing trainers to a certain extent.(2)the single means of exercise recovery is not conducive to the effective recovery of the exercise body,and increases the risk of injury in the next exercise.(3)the collection of training feedback information is not timely enough,and the emotional fluctuation and psychological guidance of the students are not in place.
