With the progress of society, the thought of lifelong physical education was accepted bythe large crowd, Keep the body be healthy to become the whole mankind’s goal gradually. People paymore and more attention to physical exercise, the exercise can not only enhance physicalfitness, but also obtain spiritual satisfaction. The elder people attend the right amount ofathletics activity, to alleviate the pressures of family life, expand the interpersonal,strengthening social ties, for maintaining the health of one,s own body, delay aging body isvery beneficial. Sports dance systemic movement characteristics to improve the physicalquality, adjust their state of mentality, and molding a beautiful body shape. As a kind of canenhance the physical fitness, promote the healthy method already drive generally accepted,not only satisfy elder people’s mental need, but also match elder people’s body functioncharacteristics, it is a suitable exercise sport for elderly women.This study selected retired30s elderly women at East China Jiaotong University assubjects.And randomly divided them into experimental group and control group with each of15s, the experimental and control group members according to their daily lives. In addition theexperiment attending any other physical exercise. Passing adopt the use of literature,questionnaire survey, experiment, mathematical statistics and other research methods, carryon the subjects for a period of8weeks of sports dance, Before and after the experiment,thepsychological indicators of physiological and biochemical measurements psychologicalindicators for measurement and analysis, comprehensive assessment sports dance on theimpact of colleges and universities in the old age the female. The experimental results showthat:(1) Through8weeks of system of sports dance, the experimental group in older femalebody fat content decreased, body mass index, waist-hip ratio were significantly decreased andbody shape has been greatly improved.(2)After the experiment, the experimental group ofelderly women in grip strength increases, eye-closed and single-legged standing extension,muscle strength and balance ability are strengthened.(3)After the experiment, theexperimental group of elderly women in vital capacity increased, blood pressure decreasedsignificantly, the quiet heart rate decreased, suggesting that dance sports can be improved inthe older heart and lung function, improve aerobic capacity.(4)After the experiment, theexperimental group of the elderly women, improved blood lipid levels, blood glucosedecreased, decreased triglyceride and cholesterol levels, reduce low-density lipoprotein levels,increased high-density lipoprotein levels.(5)After the experiment, the experimental group ofred blood cells, white blood cells and platelet counts increased, increased hemoglobin levels, platelet volume increased, indicating that sports dance has a positive influence on bloodroutine.(6) After the experiment, the experimental group psychological health level has beenimproved, negative emotions decreased, positive mood enhancement.Sports dance fitness and heart health effect is remarkable, is a good exercise for theelderly, so promotion and popularization it in the elderly has important significance.
