Broadly speaking, teachers’teaching behaviors, including two motivations of teaching and learning, is the "Community" which is sophisticated and rich. In the context of classroom, it mainly involves teachers’ teaching, students’ learning and their interactive behaviors, jointly to promote active teaching and self-development. However, this research will focus on teachers’ teaching in the course of class teaching, and answer the following specific problems:First, analyse the related concepts of "teaching behavior "," effective teaching behavior "," three-dimensional target " and "Chinese language literacy three-dimensional target ", which provide a theoretical basis for the effective Chinese language teaching in class. Second, contrast the live classroom records with the three language teacher representation types divided in this study, so as to provide an empirical foundation of improving the effectiveness of Chinese language teachers during class.The overall design concept of this study is to clarify the related concepts such as"teaching behavior "," effective teaching behavior "," three-dimensional target " and "Chinese language literacy three-dimensional target" through the qualitative document analysising of the collection of all kinds of documents and materials. The Chinese teachers effective teaching behavior in class is divided into three categories combined with the effective teaching idea and the language discipline teaching characteristics reflected from these concepts:the effective teaching behavior focusing on the student language learning "knowledge and skills", the teaching behavior focusing on the student language learning "the process and the method" and the teaching behavior focusing on the student language learning student "emotions, attitudes and values",that provide the theoretical basis for this study. At the same time, through the case study of the strategy and the integrated use of classroom observation form factual records text and document collection, to provide material for the analysis of the specific characterization. Finally, discusses the factors that influence the effective language teaching behaviors in class and proposes several optimization strategies.Innovation:from the perspective of three-dimensional language literacy goals, systematically discusses the effective Chinese language teaching behaviors in class. It can be described as a new attempt. This study has a positive reference value, which may well improve the efficiency and effectiveness of class teaching, as well as promote teachers’professional development.
