With the development of market economy and society, the capability of selecting and self-judging has gradually improving, the explicit education which based on lecture teaching, has played a less important role. Thus, academic and education sector based on teaching in accordance with students aptitudes and time updates, has gradually focus on recessive ideological education. The writer, based his practical work, through ideological and politician knowledge, analyses and argue the problems in university culture construction, describes the countermeasures to university culture construction, is of great value in both theory and practice.Relying on the building up China as an innovative country and the times of knowledge economy, on the basis of classifying domestic and international campus research results, the article describes relative concepts of innovative talents and university campus culture, argues campus culture’s role in cultivating innovative talents, and it analyses some problems in cultivating talents in current campus culture.
