The construction of campus culture is a very important part of school construction,which is of great significance to the education ability colleges and universities.Campus culture is a kind of social culture with a specific scope and characters.It is a special reflection and a highly concentrated social culture in campus life.In this sense,the construction of campus culture and social culture are of the same strain.In the aspects of basic characteristics and the core elements,this paper believes that it should not only learn from the experience of the construction of social culture,but also grasp the special issues of campus culture.Nowadays,the combination of production,academy and research,the abutment of education and industry and the joint of teaching and practicing meet the demand for talent which are required by the economic and social development.It is an important reform of colleges and universities.The Open-door education is a process of blend and collision of multi-culture.Therefore,the construction of inclusive campus culture has become an important task in the construction of the culture in colleges and universities.This paper systematically states the essence,connotation,structure and function of campus culture,discusses the status,function and significance of campus culture in the construction of colleges and universities,and combines the characteristics and practice of colleges and universities to tap the characteristics and content of campus culture itself,explores the interaction between campus culture and external corporate culture or social culture,and demonstrates the relationship between scientific rationality,humanistic spirit,instrumental rationality and value rationality in campus culture,and explores some of the new application-oriented undergraduate institutions inclusive campus culture construction methods,trends and principles for China's new application-oriented colleges and universities to provide a reference to the construction of campus culture and reference measures to enhance the new application-oriented university campus culture construction quality,and promote the new application-oriented undergraduate,to improve the quality of application-oriented education and the educational environment.The paper includes five parts:Chapter one: It explains the basic theory of the study of inclusive campus culture construction.Marxist philosophy,cultural philosophy,ideological and political education theory,all of these are the basis of the study of inclusive campus culture;in a broad sense,culture refers to sum total of the material wealth and the spiritual wealth which the human society creates.As for its structure,it includes material culture,behavior culture,institutional culture and spiritual culture;culture itself is open and inclusive;only in conflict and tolerance,culture can achieve its new creation;Marxist dialectical thinking provide important theoretical standpoint and method for our study of inclusive culture of institutions.Chapter two: The theoretical implication of the construction of inclusive campus culture in the new application-oriented colleges.Studies indicate that,from the perspective of content,the material culture,which contains form and connotation,is the foundation of theconstruction of inclusive campus culture.The integration of modern and traditional in spiritual culture is the soul of the construction of inclusive campus culture.The integration of incentive and restraint in institutional culture is the protection to the construction of inclusive campus culture;as for the perspective of value,innovative cultural ideals,open and compatible cultural beliefs,cultural consciousness with the advancement of times,all of these are what they pursue in construction of inclusive campus culture.Inclusive campus culture can give a sense of subject and the spirit of consciousness to teachers and students in new application-oriented undergraduate college,it can take a positive and positive emotions and energy to society.In a relaxed,harmonious,pleasant campus culture atmosphere,teachers and students interact together,teaching and learning,then creating beauty and enjoying it.Chapter 3: Conception of the construction of inclusive campus culture in the new application-oriented colleges.The construction of the inclusive campus culture should adhere to the advanced principle,the principle of human nature,freedom and participation.The main contents of the construction of inclusive campus culture include: creating a harmonious and harmonious campus environment,carrying out colorful campus activities,healthy and harmonious interpersonal relationships,establishing of standardized and orderly management system,creating a diverse inclusive school spirit of study spirit;social functions of the construction of inclusive campus culture in the new application-oriented colleges are:demonstration and guidance,cohesion and integration,sublating and creation,balance and coordination.Chapter four: Analysis on the difficulties and causes of the construction of inclusive campus culture in the new application-oriented colleges.Due to the influence of our country's educational tradition and the particularity and the orientation of colleges,and the problems of campus culture,formalization and popularization in the construction of inclusive campus culture in the new application-oriented colleges,the campus culture doesn't really act the function of educating people.The study found that many unfavorable cultural atmosphere or cultural factors originated from the bureaucratism,utilitarianism,formalism and conservatism,for not only historical reasons and also realistic reasons.As a result,there are many difficulties in the construction of applied culture college campus culture.This paper found that the root cause of the problem is mainly the concept of inclusive campus culture construction of newly-built applied undergraduate administrators.Chapter five: To explore the construction of inclusive campus culture in newly-built application-oriented universities.In the new historical period of social change,it is necessary to work out the effective and reliable way to the construction of the inclusive campus culture in the new application-oriented undergraduate colleges,to highlight the inheritance,innovation and development of the campus culture,to cultivate the fine school spirit,teaching style and style of study as the result which can fully show the charm of personality and school characteristics of the campus culture.In the terms of construction of motivation,we should transfer from administrative dependence to independence;in the terms of construction-oriented,we should transfer from conservative single to open and diverse;in the focus of construction,to place high priority on applying knowledge to practices;in the way of construction,from being conservative to being creative,in the terms of construction strategy,we must formulate a comprehensive campus culture construction plan,focusing on the integration of inclusive campus culture,strengthening the communication and dialogue of diverse campus culture,and strengthening the coordinated development of various types of campus culture.
