Study On The Situation And Development Countermeasure Of Xi’an Children’s Dancesport Training

This thesis attempts to get a comprehensive understanding of the status quo of children’s sports dance training schools, teachers, students, the results of competitions as well as other aspects by investigating people in charge of representative children’s sports dance training schools, training bases, clubs and other institutions in Xi’an, coaches, students and parents with the method of literature, questionnaire, interview, and mathematical analysis. The purpose is to know about the status quo and development of children’s sports dance training in Xi’an to analyze the main factors that affect the development of Xi’an’s Children’s sports dance training and to put forward reasonable suggestions and countermeasures according to the problems, thus to provide some practical basis for decision-making of the relevant departments of Xi’an sports dance. Moreover this study will make a positive contribution to the teaching, training and management of Xi’an Children’s sports dance in theoretical aspect. This thesis is also of certain reference value for the development and improvement of children’s sports dance training in urban areas.Through investigating and analyzing the status quo of children’s sports dance training and its development in Xi’an, we found some problems:in the aspect of teachers, there is a lack of full-time teachers. And the teachers lack experience due to the short period of teaching and the teaching level is not very high. There lacks a complete system of on-the-job training for the teachers; the public do not have a good knowledge of sports dance and their ideas are very backward; in the aspect of teaching materials, there are not unified standards. Teaching materials need to be improved to be more scientific and systematic; in the aspect of training institutions, most training institutions are private and they do not have limits on the recruitment in order to pursue economic interest. There are no enough funds invested and the facilities are not good enough. What’s more there is not too much opportunity of participating in competitions. And there is not a complete and orderly competition mechanism.The suggestions and recommendations with regard to the exiting problems of children’s sports dance training are as follows:to strengthen the cultivation of teachers in Xi’an Children’s sports dance schools, get them trained regularly and develop sports dance teacher induction mechanism to improve sports dance teachers’ teaching ability; to step up publicity to improve the level of publicity to change the concepts and awareness of the public so as to balance the gender ratio and stimulate children’s enthusiasm of participating in sports dance; to choose scientific and systematic teaching contents and compile textbooks in accordance with children’s characteristics; to establish a strict sports-dance teacher incumbency system, select sports-dance teachers with high sports levels, and improve teachers’re-education and training system; to increase financial investment, plan scientifically the forms of school running to reduce the economic pressure of training institutions and students; to improve the venues and facilities and other teaching and learning environment. As for this aspect, the related departments must establish a examination and approval system which makes specific provisions for the conditions of running institutions; to develop a scientific and systematic competition system, strengthen management and supervision of the competitions, organize different levels of competitions to provide a learning and exchanging platform for students.
