Exploration Of The Urban Public Sports Space And Facility Management Mode In Our Country

As the sports industry developing, and the National Health Regulations and the Guidance of the General Office of the State Council on Speeding up the Development of the Sports Industry issuing, sports gain more and more attention from people. However, the severely inadequate of the satisfactory facilities for physical exercises become a heated problem. As a country of great population, it is impractical to build enough public sports field and stadium in the densely populated cities. Therefore, we have to exploit more public space and install more soprts equipment to meet people’s need. This article implements multiple methods such as documentation, comparison analysis and logical analysis and so on. Firstly, based on define the concepts of public sports space and facility, I establish the relationship between the two. Secondly, after surveys on current situation of the development and management of our urban public sports space and facilities, I conclude the existing management problems and propose solutions to them. Finally, I discuss the management mode choice of the urban public sports space and facilities according to the features and effects of 6 management modes such as Full Budget Management Mode, Balance Budget Management Mode, Corporate Governance Mode, Enterprise Management Mode, Starred Hotel Management Mode and Entrustment Operation Mode. Through investigation and analysis this article draws the following conclusions:First and foremost, the concepts of urban public sports space and facility are revealed. Urban Public Sports Space are the open public places such as community, park, square and street where people can do exercises without violating these places’purpose and order. The citizens can freely enter these places and spontaneously participate in the fitness, entertainment and leisure activities there regardless of their background, age and profession. Narrowly speaking, the interior space of public stadium and gymnasium belongs to public sports space. Urban Public Sports Facilities are architectural entities, places and equipments which are invested by the government and various circles of society for the public’s physical exercises, sports entertainment activities, etc, including stadium and fitness club.Secondly, our urban public sports space and facilities are mostly lack of sound management system, method and specialist. Their management modes are out of line with the rule of market development.Thirdly, the solutions to the management problems of urban public sports space and facilities in our country are:training professional management staff in both quality and quantity as early as possible; conducting feasibility analysis and developing a full set of eligible management plan; based on various existing management modes, exploring the most applicable one or combination.Last but not least, based on the features and requirements of current management modes, the status of each public sports space or facility, we can make a reasonable mode choice.
