A Research Of University Students’ Education About Ideals And Beliefs In New Period

The ideals and beliefs education is as the key of university student’s ideological andpolitical education, since the ideals and belief education always has been the core work ofuniversities. The Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Councilwhich publish the speech of opinion of further strengthening and improving the new periodundergraduates’ideological and political education also pointed out explicitly that the key ofuniversity student’s ideological and political education is the ideals and beliefs education.At the present，with the rapid development of economy of every nation in the world andthe same as changing situation in the world, and the deeper of opening in our country makethe new period undergraduates’ideals and beliefs education face many new situations andmany new problems before we never meet . Internationally, economic and informationglobalization are developing at even higher speed, while international socialism movement isat it’s low point ,comparing with international situation ; the western hostile powers neverstop and are even busy carrying out their strategy of“Mild Evolution”; in China, with thedeeper development of evolution opening and the further development of the socialismmarket economy, show all kinds of styles such as social organization forms being different,various economic proportions and different interest groups, all kinds of social life styles, thejob position and forms of professions being various, while along with the Age of informationand the extensive spreading of Internet, different western ideological trends and cultures haveappeared and mingled each other, such and such reasons make the new period undergraduate’seducation of ideals and beliefs come across a series of new problems and challenges.Under the guidance of the relative theory of Marxism and on the basis of ideological andwork experience, demonstration of connotation and characteristics of ideals and beliefs andtheir interrelation, elaboration of university students’problems in ideals and beliefs with thecauses and exploration of the countermeasures to strengthen university students’ideals andbeliefs education are the theoretical framework of this article. The author researches into thesubject of ideals and beliefs cultivation of the new period university students by using the theories and methods of ideological and political pedagogies.
