Teachers as the engineers of human souls, shoulder the duties of teaching treeeducation.The teaching profession is also considered the most brilliant career in the sun.Alarge number of scholars study the teacher professional development and bring up a varietyof strategies.The impact of mentoring on the development of new teachers is veryprominent, playing a crucial role in the growth of mentoring new teachers.Mentoringsystem helps improve teacher profession ,and promotes teachers’ professional growth andthe advancement of the new curriculum, creates collaborative teacher culture groups andcultivates an atmosphere of mutual benefit and mutual assistance and cooperation betweenteachers and mentoring worthy of implementation for graduates, experience learnt from thetraining model of the teacher college students to provide constructive comments andsuggestions.This study summing up a great deal of research materials about the apprenticeship ,onthe basis of a semester internship experience in A primary schoolar. the story of thedifficulties encountered in the internship .The use of narrative research methods to start on,in this process, the author himself is both as researchers and as participants in the internshipexperience,nearly thirty thousand words,include the identity of the "new teachers", theauthor during the internship period new teachers working and living sentiment A primaryschool mentoring of new teachers’ educational beliefs, identity, classroom teaching,teaching management and the ability to produce the true record of the practice of life,summed up the impact of both positive and negative.Summaring the short story,reflecting on impact of apprenticeship on new teachers , Ilearnt from the views to the correct attitude towards the normal school students in theschool practice, it strengths the social practice of the normal school students, and providestraining opportunities for normal school students , providing a full range of guidance, bothteaching and learning,mentoring win-win situation, and promoting common progressbetween the normal school students and the instructor, multi-channel train teacher studentspractical knowledge in the curriculum and minor adjustment to obtain practical knowledge through participatory teaching and learning, the establishment of incentive assessmentmechanism.In this study, I draw on relevant research on the basis of obtained through hands-onmaterial, show the true status of the operation of the apprenticeship, to learn from thenature of normal college students in internships available, is bound to have a positiveimpact.for the effective promotion of apprenticeship and the new teachers, student teachers...
