Many conflicts in modern society, from poor communication between the sexes, many of the problems come from the cognitive differences of gender roles, due to a number of studies have shown that children’s stage is a critical period in the development of gender roles, children sex education has been concern by many researchers. Teachers’ educational behavior of the formation of early childhood gender role concept of the game is also a children gender roles of the important ways, the author attempts to games teachers of different gender children’s education acts to start, examine behind the education acts of gender concepts, and based on this The proposed education recommendations.This study used qualitative research methods, supplemented by quantitative research. Select six classes in three kindergartens, six female teachers on the educational activities of the different gender children as research subjects. The data collected by non-participant observation and formal and informal interviews, from the type and manner of distribution of educational activities, educational activities of the two different game types, comparative analysis of teachers on early childhood education behavior of different gender, found in the game teachers on the behavior of the boy’s education than girls, more boys intervention, more girl guide, the boy’s punishment was significantly higher than girls, and there are also differences in the choice of the specific education for boys and girls. The concerns of teachers of different gender and young children in different types of games are different. The resulting characteristics of the teachers in the game on the behavior of different gender of early childhood education:teachers in the boy’s attention, less attention to girls; difficult situations with the help of the teachers of boys help girls; teachers pay more attention to boys creative ability, to pay more attention to the development of the girl artistic ability; the boy’s punishment of teachers, more constraints on the girl’s; teachers to control children participate in games to strengthen the children’s gender stereotypes.For teachers in different gender children education behavior condition, the author puts forward suggestions:strengthen cooperation, so that children form correct concept of gender; in correctly understanding the differences between men and women on the basis of" discrimination", to the implementation of early childhood education; establishes equality, properly on the game in early childhood education behavior.
